The theory of decay of nuclear magnetic resonance signals from quadrupole nuclei for the single-quantum and multi-quantum nuclear magnetic transitions in magnetic materials is developed and is performed experimentally for the first time. It is shown, that the basic mechanism responsible for formation of heterogeneity in magnetization direction is caused by improper mechanism connected with the effects of variable valence. Dependence of two-pulse echo decay rate on the conditions of excitation of a nuclear magnetic resonance of iron (57) nuclei in iron-yttrium garnet films is studied. The dependence is caused by inhomogeneously line-width and enhancement factor. New way to measure the microwave impedance of micro-wires is developed and the experimental model of the automated spectrometer is made on its basis. The effect of giant magnetic impedance reaching up 60% is found out for the first time in the microwave range. Frequency-field dependences of ferromagnetic resonance in micro-wires are investigated and parameters of their basic magnetic characteristics are found.
