Explored terms of forming of solid solutions (Co, Cu), (Fe, Cr), (Ni, V) and (Ti, Cu) and their electrophysical properties. Comparison of experimental and calculation information is carried out for the TCR double-layer film systems. Realizable approbation of semiclassic and semiphenopmena models for TCR of multilayers film systems; of semiclassic model for TCR on the example of the double-layer films Cu/Cr, Sc/Cu, Cr/Co and Ni/Co; it is receive, that accordance of calculation and experimental results makes from 0,9 % (the Cr/Co system) to 38,4 % (Cu/Cr).
