Within the mean first passage time framework the theory of thermal inducted magnetic relaxation of the nanoparticles ensembles in a rotating magnetic field was developed. The diffusion of the paricles, interacted with fluctuating fractal environment was studied using the Langevin equation. It was shown, that the diffusion character depends on intensity of the noise, prodused by such environment. The method for calculating of path integral for the environments with quenched dichotomous disorder was developed. Within this framework the exact dictribution function for particles, drived by permanent forces, in such medias was found. The generalized Fokker-Plank equation, described in uniform way the effects, including the Levi flights, prodused by arbitrary white noises, was derived.
