The aim of the work is to study and systematize the appearances of phase and spatially distributed selectivities at conditions proximate to stimulated phase equilibrium of plasma-condensate system or at reduced condensation coefficients. The techniques - self-organized ion-plasma sputtering systems, transmission electron microscopy with electron microdiffraction, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction analysis. In the work new kind of self-organized ion-plasma sputterers was created and improved. The physical model of self-organization of quasiequilibrium stationary conditions of condensation of weakly volatile substances (carbon and metals such as Al, Cu) was developed.
