The frequency range (80 - 120 кHz) in which there is a maximum of spectral density is revealed. It is established, that during cooling and crystallization the maximum of spectral density is displaced in area of lower frequencies and the reactive component of resistance changes. The effective electrode systems of high-voltage electropulse treatment (HVET) of melt are found for temperature area above liquidus and in the range of crystallization. For alloy АК9 density increase, increase of ultimate strength from 170 to 190 МPа and elongation from 2 to 5 % are reached. It is established, that with power increasing of pulse influence on melt during solidification the cast dendrite structure becomes fine and changes, elongation of АК7 and АК7ч alloys raises from 2 to 5 %, transcrystallisation in technical clean aluminium ingots considerably decreases. Probable mechanisms of HVET influence on metal are analyzed. As result of researches scientific well-founded recommendations about idea and structure of the basic researches intended to improvement of method HVET are developed.
