The experimental device for investigation of processes of pulse-static electrohydropulse processing (EHPP) in biaxial deformation conditions and for determination of the optimal parameters of treatment was created. The mathematical model of process was created, also the main criteria of conformity of process are determinate. The optimal pulse-static deformation conditions for more rational material deformation properties exploitation. Experimental investigation which was showed attests that application in cold plastic working the pulse-static EHPP allow to increase from 1,3 to 1,5 multiply the maximum deformation ratio for parts from structural low-carbon low-alloyed steels, companionably with a hydrostatic extension. The extension using pulse-static EHPP make a conditions for beginnings the even plastic flow and even deformation on whole surface of treated plane part. Also in that case the influence of material properties anisotropy decreasing.
