Interatomic interaction potentials obtained by FLAPW method were used. The interfaces of FeNi and Fe5Ni3 were studied for the number of layers in an interface ranged from 1 to 14. It has been shown that the distributing of atoms in an interface depends both on the number of layers and on the temperature. Two phase transitions could be observed in the system. The first one is related to the redistribution of atoms between layers and second one is due to the ordering of atoms in interfacial layers. The calculations of free energy as functions of temperature and number of layers in the interface were conducted.
