To achieve the goal we must accomplish the followings tasks concerning economic growth: to find out an active mechanism, preconditions, terms, indicators, to define the main values and principles; to arrange factors and to estimate their influence; to find out the role of budgetary potential; to show the interralation between the profits of households, as a essential state financial resource, the profits of budget and capital investments of innovative vector; to show the dependence between charges on fundamental scientific research and the level of growth of industrial production and GDP volumes in Ukraine and other states; to develop the model of economic growth taking into account the factors of budgetary direction, using economic and mathematical research methods; to define the most optimal directions of budgetary financing of scientific research; to develop practical guidelines of applying development model on state and regional levels.
