A research object is a process of the combined treatment the cutting instrument of gasthermal covering on autodetales. A purpose of work is an increase of efficiency of processes of tooling of autodetales with sheeting and decline of level of destruction of superficial layer at the cyclic mode of exploitation. Research method - theoretical and experimental with bringing in of theory of destruction, and also methods of theory of mathematical statistics and structural analysis makro- and mikrogeometry of superficial layer. In researches modern devices, equipment and instruments, were used from overhead materials. Mathematical models, built during realization of active experiment of type 23 checked for adequacy on the criteria of St'yudent and Kokhren.
