The subject of research are the conformities to the law of physical and chemical processes, that determine the parameters of destruction of material, forming the micro and macro geometry and structure of superficial layers of the treated surfaces. An universal mathematical model which allows to get an actual function in(z) the forms of bending DEI at cone fourcordinate electrodischarge wire excision was developed on the basis of the tasks of the work. There was developed the method of integration of mathematical model in a technological process with the purpose of high-fidelity and rapid correction the sizes of displacements DEI. There was developed the chart of the combined electrodischarge -electrochemical treatment which allows to get the high roughness (to 0,032 mcm Ra) of surface during 2-3 minutes without application of additional passage-ways. The statistical models of regression are got for the wave surface to the conditions which are characterise the electrodischarge wire cutting, which enable to forecast the parameters of surface at electrodischarge treatment, and also pick up the mode of treatment for providing of the set quality of surface. There was created the mathematical model of the thermal loading on DEI, which allows to estimate the dynamics of change of temperature of arbitrary point of local area DEI from action of single impulse or group of impulses which pass in one point or with even probability in any point of selected area at different terms the treatments. There was the development of the recommendations for the operator of the electrodischarge carved complex, about the choice of parameters of treatment. There was developed the chart of the checking system of stability and quality of electrodischarge treatment which allows to avoid the precipice of wire electrode of principle, after the character of vibrations of wire current forecasts the roughness of the treated surface and allows to correct the parameters of treatment to achieve the set roughness. There were created the software for the computer design and the calculations after the developed mathematical description of phisico-technological model EEDV. Software has a comfortable interface for work in the operating systems Windows 9x/NT/2000, oriented to SAPR of the AutoCAD firm "Autodesk" and programming language of the SCHPC domestic electrodischarge carved machine-tools of model SELD.
