Physical and mathematical models of power inputs on the spots of machine-shops have been made. Analysis of irreversible energy losses in machine-shops and connection of energy losses and technological discipline has been conducted. Winter temperature monitoring has been conducted and computer monitoring system has been developed. Technology of shape and proportion transfer with the help of analytical models and equipment with numerical program control has been developed. Investigation results allow to formulate proposals in energy loss saving for the whole enterprise.
