The Subject of the study is the Accumulation system of pension provision in the Ukraine and the investment potential of the Pension Funds for the second and third level of pension system in the Ukraine. The purpose of a study is the development of procedure and software of estimation of the investment sources of the Accumulation system of pension provision on the scientifically substantiated theoretical-methodological base. The determination of the order of the estimation of the investment potential of the accumulation level of pension system will contribute to the guarantee of achievement of maximum social-economical effect from implementation and functioning of Accumulation Pension fund and Non-State Pension Funds and rationalization of their investment activity. The absence of the experience of the functioning of the system of Mandatory Accumulation System of Pension Provision in the Ukraine, andalso the need for the improvement of the regulation of the activity of the Non-State Pension Funds, which form this system, requires a study of the domestic lawful and economic conditions of the functioning of similar systems and assignment of recommendations concerning the simulation and the prognostication of the attraction of financial resources by the accumulation levels of pension system taking into account the standards of current legislation and current state of domestic economy. The Object of the study are the processes of the formation of the investment resources of Accumulation Pension fund and Non-State Pension Funds under the conditions for the contemporary development of the Ukraine taking into account the requirements for their formation, established by the special legislation. The Methods of the study. In the course of solution of the tasks of a study the general economic, lawful and special methods of study were used, namely the method of logical and comparative analysis, lawful and economic analysis ofinterrelations, factor analysis, analysis of trends of development, processing of normative documents and literary sources. The Results of Scientific research work. The validity of outputs is confirmed by their approval during the considerations on practical-scientific conferences and round tables, which took place in the Ministry of economy of the Ukraine, the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of the Ukraine, the State Commission for Securities and Stock Market, the State Commission for the Regulation of the Financial Services Markets of the Ukraine, Ukrainian association of investment business. The results of work are inculcated in the practice of the work of the Ukrainian institute of Stock Market Development. The main divisions of the study are transmitted for the publications in the periodic scientific journals. The results of a study can be used for evaluating the investment resources of Accumulation system of pension provision, conducting of the statistical evaluation of the invested assets volumesofAccumulation Pension fund and Non-State Pension Funds, with the development of the legislative documents. On basis of such acts the investment activity of Accumulation Pension fund and Non-State Pension Funds will be analysed, controlled and regulated.
