The Subject of the study is the Accumulation system of pension provision in the Ukraine. The Purpose of a study is the development of methodological base of establishing of monitoring system of the functioning of Accumulation system of pension provision. The implementation of Accumulation system of pension provision in the Ukraine, which includes the implementation of special financial institutions - with mandatory participation (Accumulation Pension fund) and voluntary participation (Non-State Pension Funds), requires the establishing of monitoring system of the system functioning. This needs the conducting of the relevant research work aimed to the discovering of optimal set of indices, which characterise the functioning of this system. The Object of the study are the characteristic (parameters) the functioning of Non-State Pension Funds and Accumulation Pension fund, the regulation of reporting procedure onNon-State Pension Funds activity, development of а methodological base of establishing of monitoring system of the functioning of Accumulation system of pension provision. The Methods of the study. In the course of solution of the tasks of a study the general economic, lawful and special methods of study were used, namely the method of logical and comparative analysis, lawful and economic analysis of interrelations, factor analysis, analysis of trends of development, processing of normative documents and literary sources. The Results of Scientific research work. The validity of outputs is confirmed by their approval during the considerations on practical-scientific conferences and round tables, which took place in the Ministry of economy of the Ukraine, the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of the Ukraine, the State Commission for Securities and Stock Market, the State Commission for the Regulation of the Financial Services Markets of the Ukraine, Ukrainian association of investment business. The resultsof work are inculcated in the practice of the work of the Ukrainian institute of Stock Market Development. The main divisions of the study are transmitted for the publications in the periodic scientific journals. The Results of Scientific research work can be used for establishing of monitoring system of the functioning of Accumulation system of pension provision, conducting of statistics evaluation of Accumulation Pension fund and Non-State Pension Funds, for legislation drafting, under the basis of which the obtaining of reporting information about activity Accumulation Pension fund and Non-State Pension Funds will be achieved.
