According to the data from postural tests, the reduced functioning of venule-arterial mechanisms is determined. The level of aggregation activity of platelets, viscosity of blood, aggregation index of erythrocytes, deformation index of erythrocytes, parameters of coagulogram with patients with vascular pathologies are higher and testify to the activation of intravascular thrombogenesis. According to the data from postural tests with OALL patients, the paradoxical increase of the volume of microcirculation blood flow that testifies to chronic shortfalls of blood in microvasculature due to stenosis of the main artery is marked. In comparison with elderly healthy people, the patients with DM of type ІІ and with OALL occur the increase of sympathetic activity that is defined according tothe respiratory test and the decrease of neurogenic part of the frequency spectrum.
