The technology of preliminary treatment of exfoliated graphite to decreasing its technological losses was designed. This preliminary treatment prevents of adjoining to emergency territory making dirty also. The pleliminary treatment of thermoexfoliated graphite was realized by granulating with using of finders; by pressing in sorbtion elements with binders and fabric and without of these ones, and also by preparating of water-graphite suspension with aditions of surface active substances and without ones. Mechanical and sorbtion characteristics of sorbents were investigated for each method of preliminary treatmend and technological parameters of process.
