Kinetics of formation of coverages is studied on a surface of C, Si, N - electrodes and many other things connections in acetonitrile at tensions of the electric field 300-2300 B and temperatures of 18-70°С. It is shown in work, that dependence on terms ( tension of the field, duration of process, nature of electrode and his polarity, temperatures of liquid phase) by the electrolysis products of co-operation in the system electrode acetonitril are carbonitride composition of CxNy, nitrides of transitional metals, and also carbonitride and them oxynitride.
