A research purpose is software development for the rise of efficiency of planning and use of radio frequency resource (RFR) of Ukraine and suggestion of about improvement of National allocation of bars of radio frequencies (NABRF) and Plan of use of RFR (PURFR) of Ukraine Map in accordance with the decisions of WRC-07. Methods of researches - analytical review, logical-theoretical ground, methods of theory of relational databases and the object-oriented programming. Attained results: - is created ukraine language variant of changes of RR in accordance with the decisions of WRC-07; - ukrainian- and english-language variants of changes in obedience to the decisions of WRC-07 are borne in a database on the server of radiocommunication department; - software is developed for automation of analysis processes of distributing accordance and excretions of radiofrequencies bars in Ukraine; - developed software is set on the server of radiocommunication department; - are developed suggestions about adduction of NABRF and PURFR of Ukraine in accordance with RR ITU.
