New Shatsk NNP ecosystem features were analyzed, main information technologies were marked out on the basis of which it is possible to realize management process by the Shatsk NNP ecosystem. Also, instruments for it realization were proposed in the form of information-analytical system (IAS) of expert-ecological monitoring. Structure previously mentioned system was developed and described as well as main functions of it subsystems. For the first time, SWOT-analysis of the Shatsk NNP nature-resources potential was performed and scientifically-grounded strategy of the Shatsk NNP territory recreation activity was developed according to above-mentioned analysis results.
