The purpose of the work - an experimental motivation, development and improvement of the equipment and technological processes of reproduction of queen bees under artificial entering the semen. Methods of researches - zoo-technical, biochemical, micrometric, histological and statistical. Results of the conducted researches - are advanced technological operations of the reception of virgin queen bees, artificial entering of the semen in zone of vagina foramen. The estimation of reproductive activity of impregnated queen-bees, got using different variants of artificial injection of semen and natural mating was organized. The technology of breeding and use of drones of Ukrainian breed during the reproduction of impregnated queen bees was advanced.
