Methods of researches are botanical, dendrologies, physiological, biotechnological, statistical. Results of the executed researches - the plants of chestnut horse and chestnut of edible in the conditions of Kiev most steady to the unfavorable factors of external environment are got; ecological firmness and viability of plants of chestnut horse of usual and Chestnut edible in the conditions of Kiev is appraised; in laboratory terms stability of the explored plants was certain to action of low temperatures; illnesses of plants of chestnut horse and chestnut of edible in Kiev are investigational; technologies of their seminal, vegetative reproduction and cloning of chestnut of edible in vitro are developed; collection of plants is created for further their introduction and distribution in green building of Ukraine.
