Methods of research - hypophyseal stimulation of carps' maturing, biochemical, biophysical, cryobiolofical, mathematical methods for planning of experiments and statistical methods of data treatment. Results of the carried out researches - The conditions for sperm reactivation for repeated use were determinet. Enhancement of respiration of sperm-cells in period of active moving was ascertained. Increase in cryo-endurance of sperm-cells was determined. The influence of temperature of keeping of males, ion composition and osmolality of the sperm and cryoprotective solution, shape and dimensions of containers, regimes of freezing and insemination on the results of cryopreservation.
