Purpose of work - to develop the effective model of functioning of the system of management by a labour protection in NAU, as agrarian higher educational establishment, introduction of which in NAU will allow substantially to improve the state of labour protection in structural subdivisions. A research method is the analysis of the exposed failing in the observance of norms of labour protection in subsections NAU. Results of the conducted researches - there is development of document from all directions of activity in NAU, suggestions for the removal of the exposed violations of norms of labour protection with the purpose of improvement of terms of labour of teachers, laboratory assistants and other workers, non-admissions of production traumatism and preventions of fires.The region of the application - search of optimum structure of the system of management by a labour protection in branches NAU and other agrarian higher educational establishments.
