The gaps in normative-law provision of infrastructure activity and in the system of statistical indexes characterizing such activity were described. The existing integral indexes of evaluation of presents and effectivity of regional infrastructure application don't allow to obtain the data for solving concrete applied problems of development its branches. During the research main conditions, on which real evaluations of presents and effectivity of infrastructure application could be based, were determined. The economic factors of influence on the processes of infrastructure formation and application were displayed. The possible sources of financing the infrastructure development, there optimal balance, the mechanism of influence of nonpayment crisis on deterioration of enterprises financial state of the infrastructure were studied. The research of the risks acting for investors in the infrastructure branch was conducted. Perspective directions of infrastructure development of the Transcarpathian region were described.
