Karazin popup.description2 The results of usage of nuclear-physical methods for investigation of conditions of controllable delivery and localization with pinpoint accuracy of therapeutic forms and radioisotopes to malignant tumours by means of magnetically responsive magnetite nanoparticles are presented. The possibility of usage of powerful electron beams obtained by means of linear electron accelerator (Е=45 МeV, I=6,0 mkА) for radiative synthesis of nanomagnetite is shown. The method of gamma activation analysis with usage of a bremsstrahlung radiation on a high-current electron accelerator (Е=22 МeV, I=500 mkА) with recording spectrums by Ge (Li)-detector with a limit of detection from 10-5 % of masses up to 10-7 % of masses was worked out. Experimental data about element composition and a level of the induced activity in synthesized nanomagnetite were obtained. Effect of activated nanomagnetite on processes of a free-radical peroxide oxidizing in the pathogenic microorganisms and human's blood serum was investigated and the possibility of its usage as a magnetically responsive sorbent to the pathogenic microorganisms is shown.
