The goal of the work: the creation of the radiophysical principles of new generation of SHF and UHF ranges devices designing, the establishing of used physical principles limitations. A series of electrodynamic problems were formulated and solved, which allow to create the theory of radiating electrodynamical structures and to evolve the ray theory of diffraction. The developed mathematical tool is adequacy of real physical models. The solutions of series electrodynamics problems of different forming metal-dielectric structure eigenwaves propagation were found. The possibility of systems of integral equations transformation to the systems of linear algebraic equations by use cylindrical functions has been shown. The series of physical experiments with use of modern measuring equipment based on automated platform were made. Combination of measuring techniques with effective computer methods of data processing allows to confirm main theoretical positions of developed theory. The results of investigations will allow to solve the series of fundamental problems of diffraction problems, excitation, radiation and propagation of electromagnetic waves, method of mathematical physics and computational mathematics, to provide designing of functional elements for science devices.
