The aim of work: investigation of course of natural processes at the ecosystems in Northern East of Ukraine as affected of anthropogenious and nature factors and forming a long-term projection of ecological state of region. In first - area development' study; number's dynamic; registration of disappearance of aborigine and becoming of new species. The forming of science foundations of development of territorial nature protection; forming of a total summary about natural resources of vertebrates; to estimate of state rare species population. An analysis of spider's communities at the 3 landscape zones on the Left bank Ukraine. Analyze of anthropogenic factors' influence on the modern ecosystems of Northern East of Ukraine. Novelty the work: a) the rare species checklist of mycological flora onthe nature Park "Gomol'shansky Forests" are formed in first; the annotated check-lists of mycological flora for National Park "Svyati Gory" are formed (302 species are new for Park and 18- for Ukraine); at the Myxomyceta's biota for National Park "Desnyansko-Starogutsky" the 43 species are found - 2 species are new for Ukraine, 13 - are new for Poles'ye and 18 - for Left bank's Poles'ye; among the species in Genus Daldinia Ces. et De Not., which are revisioned, 5 species are new for Ukraine; a new for science mycophily fungi' species Cosmospora stegonsporii Rossman, Farr et Akulov, it's a parasites on anamorphical fungi Stegonsporium pyriforme (Hoffm.: Fr.) Corda was described. It's determined, that causative agents of a dosistromathical falling of pines' needle are the fungi as Dothistroma septosporum (Dorog.) M. Morelet. and Dothistroma pini Hulbary. A species as Dothistroma pini is registered at Eurasia in first. The substratum preferences of myxomycetes at the National Park "Gomol'shansky Forests„ are investigated. b) There are araneocomplexes of oak-forests in ravines and in steppe, which are includes in a nature reserves' network; araneocomplexes of Nature National Park "Nizhnevorsklyansky"; pasture influent on the biodiversity and structure of araneofauna of steppe ecosystems and so at the regenerative plots investigated. The total observe of steppe araneofauna was carried out first. The araneofauna of chalky biocoenosis was studied - there are new for Europe and Ukraine species were found in first. c) The species composition of freshwater fishes at the upping of S.Donets' basin adjusted and completed. The total fishes' species composition analysis from the Kharkov region first carried out. The checklist of ichthyofauna of Nothern-East of Ukraine was completed by 4 species. In Genus Cobitis, in addition to 2 existing species was described 3 forms - morph types. The 3 species can be added to Red Data Book of Ukraine and 9 species - to Checklist of Regional rare species. d) The modern status of Marmot at the nature reserves of Ukraine has been analyzed. The existing of this species at the nature reserves is impossible without a restoration of the all components of a steppe ecosystem, in particularly, a big hoofed animal - as a steppe's environment-make element. In this spire, a murine rodents' fauna at the stationary plot of nature reserve's steppe and agrocenоsis studied too. A vole was investigated as a steppe's environment-make element. f) A representative index for the protected areas' network of Kharkov region carried out. The perspective plots are determined. The new functional zoning for National Nature Park "Gomol'shansky Forest", which based on the natural area and natural ecosystems' integrity, carried out. At the base of anthropogenious factor does analysis for a various types of biocenosis, the main directs of biodiversity were formed. In particularly, there are the main conditions of a new еconception of steppe conservation were presented. The results of the work have been passed for use in International program "Important Bird Areas" (by BirdLife International), for the Administrations of National Nature parks "Gomol'shansky forests", "Svyatye Gory","Nizhnevorsklyansky","Desnyansko-Starogutsky" and Ministry of Nature Protection of Ukraine.
