Karazin popup.description2 The object of the investigations was high temperature superconductor - perfect YBaCuO single crystals. The main goal was the experimental investigations of electro resistive properties of the samples with controlled suppression of superconducting order parameter (SOP) at the twin boundaries (TB) with controlled distances and desired orientation of persistent current with respect to twin boundaries. The method of the investigations was analysis of electro resistive transport properties of YBaCuO single crystals with different concentration of point defects and different orientations of twin boundaries respect to persistent current and magnetic field in the normal and superconductive states. It was determined the influence regularities of pseudo-gap anomaly in the normal state and TB in the superconductive state on electro resistive properties in YBaCuO single crystals with different oxygen deficit and different dopants. The results are discussed on the base of existing theoretical models. This resultcan be used in future investigations for weak links identification at twin boundaries in samples with different geometries by the transport measurements for producing the sensors of quantum interferometers.
