A purpose of work - construction of the theory of quantum oscillation phenomena in these systems and the theory of collective excitations in wires and 2D electronic gas. Method of research - Green temperature functions, functional methods. The quantum oscillation phenomena theory (de Haas-van Alfven effects, Shubnikov-de Haas effect) in 2D electronic gas, layered organic conductors with taking into account the chemical potential oscillations have been constructed. The reasons of anomal behavior of oscillating values which were experimentally observed have been discovered. The theory of plasma and magnetoplasma waves in quantum wires has been constructed. The spectrum of waves, their damping and the law of screening of the charge in wires have been determined. The theory of spin waves in 2D electronic gas with impurity electron states has been developed. Thenew branches in waves spectrum have been predicted. The methods of diagnostics these waves in experiment with neutron scattering have been worked out. The received results assist the creation of new directions in the nanotechnology, objects of research are the functional elements of modern apparatures. The results of researches are published in 16 scientific papers, one monograph and two education textbooks. The doctor dissertation has been fulfilled.
