The tool for realisation of this method is offered. Multiplicate methods for determination of porosity of rocks by means of a complex of methods acoustic logging and gamma-ray logging (AL+GL) and complex of NNL and GR are developed. Methods of discrimination of gas- and water-bearing beds on the basis of complex use of NNL and AL together with GL are developed.A number of tools NNL with the conforming probes of slow and epitermal neutrons is created. Testing of new tools and methods for gas deposits of the Dnieper-Donets depression has shown their high efficiency. The received results are used in practice.
