The article of research is an aggregate of conceptualy-methodological and methodical positions in relation to forming of the state system of strategic marketings researches of market of science-technologi products of Ukraine. The purpose of project consists in development of the science-methodological providing of the systematic conducting of strategic marketings researches for the exposure of prospects of influencing of scientific researches and developments on innovative development of national economy. In the process of preparation of work the scientific and special methods of research were used: method of Del'fi, statistical monodimensional and multidimensional methods. The basic scientific result of the science-methodological providing is: criteria of selection of optimum critical technologies; scope signs of expert groups; questionnaires for questioning of expert groups; methods of statistical analysis of answers of experts; criteria of receipt of the concerted opinions of experts; algorithm of drafting of passports of critical technologies.
