For upgrading treatment on an occasion dental implantation is developed complex, which approach osteotrophical, osteoadaptogenical, antimicrobial preparations, preparations, strengthening of salivaria secretion, and prebiotics. At the design of partial edentia and subsequent implantation on the lower jaws of the Vietnamese piggy-wiggies (mini pig) it is set on macropreparations of jaws, that atrophy of alveolar crest after extraction of teeth can have both horizontal and vertical forms. In an experiment and clinic strengthening of processes of collagenogenesis and epitelisation is histological rotined in a bone and mucous membrane of jaws under act of the probed preparations.
