Holographic methods for 3D visualization of phase micro object and methods for computer interferogram processing was work out. A digital holographic interference microscope was created and applied for experimental investigation of various external and internal factors influencing the morphology of blood erythrocytes. The holographic model of physiology optics was developed. Computer simulation of polarization effects subjectively and objectively observed at eye retina was carried out. Several techniques and devices for ophthalmologic diseases diagnostic and treatment, namely: method for distant assessment of electro physical parameter for anisotropic eye media, holographic vision contrast meter i.e. device for the measurement of contrast sensitivity and holographic macula stimulator (a device for macula stimulation).
