Karazin popup.description2 Object of researches: processes of radiating defects formation and of changes of mechanical and electrical properties of materials and structures at their interaction with streams of high-energy particles in various conditions, and also processes of radiating monitoring. The purposes of researches: reception of new data about mechanisms of radiating defects formation and of changes of mechanical-electric properties of materials and structures at their interaction with streams of high-energy particles; definition of character of dependences of these changes from parameters of an ionizing radiation; reception of new data about relaxation properties of structurally ordered materials; working out of physical bases, mathematical models for touch systems with the raised sensitivity and theoretical bases of radiating monitoring. Methods of researches and the equipment: accelerators of the charged particles, irradiation by alpha-, gammas - rays, microscopy (optical, raster), mechanical spectroscopy, methods ofmeasurements and the control of electrophysical properties of materials, methods of the harmonious analysis, methods of the system analysis, methods of the physical and mathematical modeling, the integrated data processing and geoinformatics. After fulfillment of this SRW such main outcomes were obtained: - the urgency of development of system experimental techniques, system models, of technologies of physical and imitating experiments integration and of modern information technologies for the further research of processes of radiating defects formation and of changes of mechanical-electric properties of materials and structures on the basis of the lead analysis and generalization of results theoretical and experimental researches is shown; - researches of influence of irradiation by alpha-, gammas - rays on relaxation spectrum of silicium are lead which have shown, that three maxima appears on peak dependence of internal friction at irradiation by alpha- rays, and one maximum appears at an irradiation by gammas - rays; - it is established that the preliminary irradiation by gammas - rays of intermetalic compound Fe3Al, tempered from 1273 K in the field of the disorder -firm solution of aluminum in iron since dozes of the order (1-2) ?105 Gray provokes occurrence of two additional carbon-vacancy peaks of internal friction (IF) on its temperature dependence above the known Snook peak connected with Carboniferrous period; - dispersion of layered structures of type metal-semiconductor, metal-dielectric and hashing their component in fields of an intensive ionizing radiation is investigated; analytical expressions for spectra and factors of dispersion are received, and on their basis structures of distribution of atoms of feedback are certain; - redistribution between harmonious components of the signal extending in substance is established, at irradiation by neutrons or by gammas - rays of passive elements of the integrated schemes produced on the basis of thin layers of metals, semiconductors and dielectrics;- it is established, that the value of amplitude of the third harmonic is defined by a doze of an irradiation and amplitude of a signal and characterizes change of the form of a signal on resistors of integrated schemes; on amplitude of the higher harmonics defining influence is rendered with classes defects and dot defects concentration in semiconductors and metals; the technique of use of a method of the third and the higher harmonics for measurement of neutrons fluens and of gamma radiation dozes is offered; - the opportunity of use of the harmonious analysis for studying and interpretations of the physical nature of defects, processes of radiating defects formation я in products of solid-state electronics is established at influence of streams of high-energy particles; - models of processes of interaction of streams of the accelerated particles with various materials and structures, the concept for working out of system model and of technologies of physical and imitating experiments integration are elaborated; - physical bases of touch systems of the raised sensitivity are developed; - the generalized model of radiating monitoring, mathematical models, methods and information technologies of data processing in systems of radiating monitoring are worked out. Results of work can be used at the further researches of radiating defects formation processes and of changes of mechanical and electrical properties of materials and structures in various conditions, for development of system and imitating models of interaction of streams of the accelerated particles with various materials and structures, at creation of semi-conductor materials and products on their basis with the set properties, at manufacturing microminiature universal sensors and equipments for the express control of dozes, for development of technologies of forecasting of a degree of radiating damage of materials and devices in fields of intensive radiation, and also at working out of radiating monitoring systems. The received results are new and create an objective basis for the further experimental and theoretical researches of processes of radiating defects formation, influences of an ionizing irradiation on properties of materials and formation of structures in various conditions, for development of system mathematical and imitating models of interaction of streams of the accelerated particles with various materials and structures, for development of physical bases of new information technologies of radiating monitoring and touch systems of the raised sensitivity.
