Criteria of exclusion of the patients from the groups of monitoring were cerebral stroke, encephalopathy of II degree and more pronounced stage, expressed personality and cognitive disorders, thromboembolism events in anamnesis, transfered Q- myocardial infarction, diabetes mellitus, heart failure, second and third degree atrioventricular blocks of heart. Purpose: Determination of effect of different antihypertensive drugs to circardian rhythms of blood pressure, central hemodynamics, miocardial remodelling in the course of the treatment. In the work was determined that the treatment of the patients by the main groups of antihypertensive drugs efficiently decrease of blood pressure and give positive effect to it circardian rhythms.
