Physical bases of the method are further developed. Particulary, the hypothesis on the monotonicity of the function of distribution of atoms of impurity excited by laser radiation in view of componens of velocities that are normal to the surfare is experimentally appoved. Besides, the hypothesis on uniform electron-exchange mechanism of ion-photon emission for metals, alloys and alkali-halides crys-tals is also experimentally approved. For the first time absolute intensity of the luminescence of a surface at a frequency of surface plasmons for pryncipally important case of exposure Ag by K+ ions is defined. The quantum-mechanical model of this phenomena is formed.
