The applicability of some compounds of the doped single crystals for the practical schemes of the controlling the laser irradiation of the telecommunication diapason was demonstrated. The energetic diagrams of the defects were proposed and the vacancy states were modeled. The Brillouin scattering spectra of the mixed crystals Sn P (Se S ) were investigated.
