The goal of the work: the research of random vibrations and determination of dynamic qualities of moving mechanical systems and their contact interaction with deformable base. Research methods: methods of analytical dynamics, matrixes theory, analytical geometry, numerical integration, spectral analysis, elasticity theory, finite elements, statistic dynamics. The methods of fundamental researches of special modes of motion systems with frictional contacts are developed; the terms of jamming and wedging phenomena occurrence in wedge system of trucks in freight cars motion are studied, ways of elimination or reduction of these phenomena negative action are shown. The model of a wheel with rational (from the point of view of cars dynamic qualities improvement, interaction forces reduction and deterioration of wheels and rails) form of a disk and a external rail head profile in curves, which application in comparison with a standard rail Р65 allows to reducelateral wear and to prevent formation of defects of contact-fatigue origin are developed. Dynamic response of vehicles and also influence of various parameters of freight and passenger cars running gears of perspective designs are estimated. The operating experimental sample of the mobile video registering complex DVR allowing to get records of video images of investigated processes in real time is created and has passed approbation at freight cars field tests. Recommendations on the improvement of the freight truck design to reduce essentially wheels and rails wear, elements of frictional damping system and improvements freight cars dynamic qualities are given.
