The d value varies with increase in constant field for the amorphous CMD structure as well as for a n individual LDS boundary. Ion irradiation (Ne, 100 keV) with dose rates up to ones sufficient for the formation of a paramagnetic layer and with variations in low-frequency field for LDS formation has virtually no effect on d. Certain parameters of pulse remagnetization of a domain structure the d decreases from 1.35 to 1.1 due to the destroyment of the VBL generation by an irradiated layer. The influence of particles energy losses at the impact with surface on their trajectories in the stray fields of films with SDS has been determined.
