A purpose of project is development ecologically safe and energy-conservative less-material intensive perspective equipment and on his base technologies of productions for implementation skidding in difficult relief conditions, for modernization of main stream lines and the specialized streams of the complex processing of shortwoods including and bad quality wood. A research method is a statistical analysis and computer design of technological processes. On the basis of analysis of equipment and technological processes of cutting area works, main and specialized stream lines of forest industry storages, grounded expedience of the use of the skyline hauler, combined wire-rope-tractor systems and small-size skid-ding facilities; the technical parameters of constructions and technological bases of mas-tering of cutting areas are set in difficult heavy conditions; the flowsheets of areas are de-veloped; the rational technological cycles of stream production of forest industry storages are set by simulation of work by equipment of manipulator type, variants of technical composition and technology of works of main and specialized stream lines; technical offer of cleaving and splitting equipment of optimum parameters conversion equipment for full-length log and shortwood are grounded, including bad quality wood, methods of work-hardening of instruments, technological bases of the specialized stream production on the basis of new equipment.5635 Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
