Results of research: - recalled project of NSPU for Years 2008 - 2012 is developed; - recalled project of the Program economic substantiation is developed; - the project of an estimation method of budgetary resources usage efficiency for the Program realization is developed; - the initial data for the creation of informative and analytic support system of space programs development and realization are developed; - the part was taken in maintenance and realization of measures of the joint international programs; - suggestions to the project of Space activity Strategy development in Ukraine till 2030 and analytical materials to the Strategy are developed.
