The new parts of obstetrical and perinatal complications pathogenesis are investigated including the parameters of phoeto-placental complex function, immunity, haemostasis and erythron systems, microbiological and viral status of pregnats with mixed TORCH-infections. The peculiarities of obstetrical and perinatal complications clinical current, degrees of their heaviness and interrelations between itself are discovered.
