Objective: experimental study of the surfactants synthesis, using a new principle of chemical transformations - liquid-phase heterogeneous nanocatalysis. Performed theoretical and experimental study of the synthesis of surfactants based on domestic raw materials by using liquid-phase heterogeneous nanocatalysis demonstrate the effectiveness of the new direction of the synthesis and feasibility for the development. For the first time shown that the growth speed vibroreactor esterification reaction by mechanical components and reagents that has catalytic activity. The conditions vibrofluidizing bed of inert material in the synthesis of alkylpolyglikozid: the frequency of vibration 3 Hz vibration amplitude of 8 mm; raw crystal glucose (GOST 975-88) and refined sunflower oil or rapeseed oil methyl ester, the temperature of 120 0С, contact time 3 min., acid catalyst for no more than 0.03%.
