Approximate analytical expression is obtained for temperature of ferroelectric phase transition vs nanocone size. It is shown that the transition temperature can be 2,5 times higher than in bulk materials. Mechanizms of impurities ions effect on electrophysical properties of PMN connected with presence of overcharge and appearance of inside defects for charge compensation were studied.
