Aim of work: harmonization of the national standard with the corresponding standard of the International electrotechnical commission for the bringing of the general technical requirements to the electricity meters of the domestic or foreign manufacture that are imported in Ukraine by lots, up to the world level. At market relationships international and regional standards particularly in questions of establishment of requirements to the measuring instruments are widely accepted at national level, they are used by manufacturers, test laboratories, trade organizations, consumers, authorities and other interested parties. Development methods: translation, analysis, processing of the standards and its scientific and technical editing. Expected results: due to the implementation in Ukraine of the requirements of the international standards increase of the general level of tests, improvement of the measuring instruments, provision with the conditions for the successful international cooperation.
