Basic elements of non-contact laser generation and ultrasound registration in metallic materials were developed and examined. Laser methods of light alloys modification on the basis of aluminium and magnesium in order to increase its solidity and operation characteristics were developed. Regularities of the growth processes and structure formation of thin layers in multicomponent nitrid luminophorous materials under their condensation from laser plasma and annealing in non-equilibrium conditions of impulse heating were determined.
