Medium composition and cultivation conditions were optimized to realize the maximal yield of target product. The laboratory model of technology of vitamin B2 production was developed on the base of constructed strains. As a result of this work two Ukrainian patents claimed useful model of yeast strains were released. Such strains could be used in industry as efficient producers of riboflavin (vitamin B2) due to increasing of their flavinogenic activity and stability of this trait. Two invention application claimed of the strains able to riboflavin oversynthesis were applied. Institute of cell biology NAS of Ukraine drew up an agreement with joint-stock company "Ladyghyn" (Vinnica region). In frame of such treaty, strains able to riboflavin oversynthesis were transferred to the "Ladyghyn", scaling of riboflavin producers cultivation as well as adjustment of industrial technology of production and purification of vitamin B2 were provided.
