Approaches and methods of intellect of processes of synthesis of models are developed and management with the use of the system of methods and methods of collection, accumulation, storage of search, treatment and transmission to information. The algorithms of research of influence of height are developed layer , diameter of pellets and rates of movement of gases in the areas of drying, burning and cooling on eventual quality of pellets, degree of oxidization of carbon of hard fuel, durability of product in the process of baking carbon equivalent pellets. The division of temperatures and degree of oxidization is investigational carbon on a height layer . A trainer is developed for determination of optimum parameters of baking pellets on to the conveyer machine, which can be used for teaching of technologists, and also as an adviser to master at managementbaking pellets. The automated control of processes of production of pellets system is developed on a conveyer machine which enables fully to control both the process of burning on areas and due to the use "designer of stoves", does not depend on concrete moledi of roaster conveyer machine.
