They are optimum from the point of view of substantial increase of processing deformability, in particular, for such thin-walled products which are not subject to process annealing. The mechanisms of changing the form and temperature of the pressings metal depending on design of working tool and processing parameters have been determined, and the method for calculating the step forechambered dies had been developed for many-channel extruding shapes of aluminum alloys. The quantitative dependence between a number of processing parameters had been established by means of methods of mathematical simulation of the process of roll casting -rolling of the thin steel strips. The dependence had been established between such parameters as melt temperature, speed of casting, length of zone of crystallization - deformation, strip thickness, roll diameter and ratio of length of crystallization and deformation zones, which are formed in the gap between rolls at the stable casting stage.
