The subject of research is the directed crystallization temperature - rate parameters and heat - treatment regimes for alloys ЗМИ-3УМ and ЗМИ-3УМ1. The purpose of this work is to choose the directed crystallization optimal rate according to the maximal quantity of good castings concerning the macro - structure, as well as to choose heat - treatment regimes enhancing the basic set of mechanical properties and optimal structure formation for durable service. Methods of investigation: thermal-differential analysis, metallographic method, electrone microscopy, X - ray spectral and X - ray microstructural analyses, short - term and long - term high - temperature mechanical tests. Application of the directed - crystallized blades allows to raise gas turbine efficiency and servicelife in 1,5 - 2 times.
