The aim of the work is development of technology for formation of high-temperature composites with steel matrix and tungsten fibres reinforcement and investigation of their thermal stability and other properties. Methods of investigation which have been used: optical metallography, nondestructive testing. Results of the work: Basic technological parameters of the process of forming large-size thin-walled metal composite shells of system 12X18H10T-BP27ЗВП are defined, and also some technological approaches to process of their forming are developed, that enables to get non-defect metal composite shells with a diameter to 1000 mm and cone element length to 500 mm.
